The purpose of this position is to provide an environment for promoting a high level of customer and employee satisfaction and accurate execution of tasks to support the customer both externally as well as in other areas of the IS Organization. These responsibilities span all Providence Saint Joseph Health and Services facilities and affiliates.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering -or- equivalent educ/experience
5 years of Information Services leadership experience
8 years total relevant experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience: Demonstrated ability to create and successfully execute strategic plans for highly complex issues; information services operations and support; experience standardizing complex and disparate processes; methodologies related to application management such as system deployment, support, and life cycle; experience in process improvement methodology, change management, operational improvement in complex systems. Proven ability to interact at and communicate to all levels of an organization. Organizational, interpersonal, and communications skills and the ability to manage shifting priorities are critical for success in this position.
8 years experience of:
Application design and/or implementation of large scale Enterprise Resource Planning systems (like Oracle Applications)
ERP experience to include leading Information Services teams in 2 or more of the following applications and business processes:
Core Finance (General Ledger, Account Payables, Account Receivables, Cash Management, Fixed Assets/Leases)
Project Portfolio Management (Project Costing, Project Contracts, Project Billing)
Enterprise Performance Management (Planning and Budgeting, HPCM, HFM, DRM)
Master Data Management (Chart of Accounts, Projects, Enterprise Finance Reporting)
Master's Degree in Information Services, Business Administration, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, or a related IS or healthcare field
8+ Years of Experience in ERP system implementation and support with minimum 4-5 years of experience in Oracle ERP specifically Oracle Cloud proficient in Inventory, Master Data Management, Costing, Demand Planning and Warehouse Management. The candidate should be able to demonstrate functional understanding of different Oracle standard functionalities and work independently with business and technical teams to resolve critical issues related to integration of multiple systems with Oracle ERP, end to end system data flow for Procure to Pay, Demand to Deliver process areas.
Experience with not-for-profit healthcare services sector.
Experience with large scale business transformation and ERP system implementation projects with scope spanning multiple regions and/or geographies and business process areas.
Experience with vendor management including contract negotiation and relationship management.
Proven capability to build productive outcomes using networked teams in dynamic organization environments.
Experience developing and managing an operations and project budget for an information services organization.
